LITTLE PURPLE DRAGONS PROGRAM 4-6+yrs old UPDATED!
The Little Purple Dragons curriculum contains 8 main Personal Development
skills that are necessary to excel in any academic, sport or activity program
and at the same time reinforces traditional family values. We know its hard to
find one program that does it all but most if not all of our graduates are in
accelerated learning programs and excel at other sports.

PURPLE POWER WARRIORS ( KIDS 6-11 YEARS OLD)
This program teaches all the basics of the Don Jitsu Ryu System for the students
to move from one rank to the next. It builds muscle strength and a good character.

ELITE WARRIOR TEAM (JUNIORS 12-16)
Students experience dynamic Don Jitsu Ryu training methods along with awesome sparring
techniques and Forms.
EXECUTIVE WARRIOR PROGRAM ( ADULTS )
This Program is focused on teaching all aspects of the Don Jitsu Ryu System in detail;
Adults will development strong basics, increased fitness and flexibility, loose
weight, stress relief and self-defense. Even if you have done some form of martial
arts before, and looking to start up again (a new beginning) you will find us challenging
and very rewarding.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE WARRIORS (ADULTS 50+)
This program caters for seniors who are looking
to get in better shape but have to start slowly because
of inactivity or health issues. We work at your pace
with a steady increace in activity. Remember Purple Dragon
Martial Arts is a journey not a destination. Begin yours today.
WEAPONS
This class is available to students who have achieved a Blue belt level or higher.
You will have the choice of studying the Bo Staff, Nunchaku, Sai, Sword or Kama. Private weapons classes are also available.
KAROBICS KICKBOXING
Our Cardio Kickboxing fitness program will challenge you to
get back in shape and learn fighting techniques with the proper form.
Loose weight and get in shape with our motivated and dynamic instructors.
YOGA NEW PROGRAM!!!
Based on the ancient yoga systems of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga flows. The practitioner
is challenged to focus on their breathing while attempting to achieve greater flexibility,
release stress, Strengthen and tone to body, through the use of vinyasa. Some postures
will attempt to correct certain postural imbalances and may be difficult at first
but with practice healing begins. < more information >
